Brilliant location and outlook. Compact 1 bedroom unit that is clean, comfortable and very stylish. Well equipped with washing machine, oven & gas cooktop and sofa bed in living room. Host responded immediately to queries. Easy bus trip from Brighton to Rottingdean with bus stop 2 minutes walk away. Close to shops, pharmacy and cafes. The seaside aspect of a ground floor unit was perfect. Starter pack of tea, coffee & milk was a great bonus.

Location is the real selling point, so lovely to wake up and have a coffee over looking the sea right outside your back door. Appartment has everything you need (+ good wifi signal) and has been decorated to give a nice seaside feel.

Highly recommended! Communication with Jolana was excellent - super quick and efficient with all the info. The apartment is really cute, lovely and comfortable - has everything you need. It’s amazing to have a place that is right on the beach! The sunset from the living room goes well with a glass of wine ;) Thanks Jolana for a brilliant holiday home.

It really couldn’t have been a better location. You literally walked out of the back door and could access the beach via some steps. There is also space outside to put a couple of chairs and enjoy an Aperol spritz as you watch the Sun go down. It couldn’t have been better during the heat wave! We had a brilliant time! Thank you for your excellent communication and those little touches that make it a truly special visit.
